We provide paid training and assist you in obtaining the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license for multiple states (AL, AR, IL, LA, KS, MO & MS). AAA offers an encouraging work environment, mentorship program and rewards & recognition that includes international travel for qualifying producers.

Responsibilities include:

• Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.
• Multi - tasking and identifying cross -selling opportunities
• Working some evenings, weekends and holidays
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

Qualifications:

• Goal oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn
• Ability to multitask, cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates
• 2 years sales experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
• Strong communication skills and customer focused
• Organized and detailed
• Successful completion of AAA pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
