Job summary

The Inside Partner Account Manager is responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining a pipeline of new business and converting this to new sales revenue through ESET’s network of authorized resellers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director, Channel Sales and Alliances the duties and responsibilities of the Inside Partner Account Manager (IPAM) include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain accurate pipeline of business within assigned territory.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop prospective business from outbound marketing campaign leads, inbound leads, partner referrals, and various other lead sources.
  • Research prospective customers, identify key decision makers, generate interest, and develop account opportunity.
  • Manage leads and pipeline opportunities and ensure progression of opportunities through sales cycle using CRM.
  • Respond to voicemails in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide and process any and all sales related materials (quotes, sales orders, invoices, trial licenses, etc.) for channel partners.
  • Record and maintain accurate notes for all sales-related activity in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate end-user information in CRM.
  • Provide back-up support to sales team colleagues as needed/required by management.
  • Analyze, compile, and present reporting to direct supervisor as required.
  • Generate and present content in regional team meetings as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound call volume.
  • Ability to multi-task, while being detail oriented.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and strong typing skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years channel sales experience.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • French / English Bi-lingual preferred.
