The Innovation Sourcing Manager at ConMet is a corporate-level role responsible for providing strategic supply chain direction in support of new product introductions. This position oversees supplier selections, contract creation and execution, developing strong supplier partnerships, assessing performance of key suppliers to provide a continued focus on delivering improved value to ConMet and our customers. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of the team bringing new products to market, including our SmartHub and eHub. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and will be based at ConMet's corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Washington.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

RFQ’s, selection and qualification of suppliers including on-site audits, NDAs, and development of long-term contracts.
Manages supplier relationships and continual performance reviews.
Develop and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies to improve quality, lower total cost, reduce supply chain risk and increase operational efficiency.
Negotiates supplier pricing and capital investments.
Establishes and drives continuous improvement targets for suppliers.
Prepares a wide variety of ROI investment proposals for management approval.
Manages engineering change notice (ECN) process as it relates to procurement.
