Provide enterprise administration and level 3 support globally for Enterprise Infrastructure Services and related technologies to include, but not limited to;Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2013/Exchange Online, O365, Microsoft Lync/SfB, Ironport/ProofPoint, Rightfax and any other infrastructure application deemed necessary as a member of the Global Enterprise Infrastructure Team and based on requirements from other IPG IT teams. Ensure that enterprise service technologies and administrative support are solid, well integrated, comply with technical strategy, and meet or exceed customer requirements. This position will provide daily operational support for various infrastructure related applications, providing services to global offices utilizing centralized services. This position will work closely with our Infrastructure Engineering and other Operation Teams to implement, optimize, administer, monitor and enhance our Enterprise Applications. IPG IT is an evolving organization that promises to present ever-changing organizational issues. From time to time the Company will require modifications within the roles and responsibilities of this position. There may be additional duties assigned by the Company at any time.Responsibilities:

  • Administration of all communication services, to include:
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • Microsoft Exchange 2013/Exchange Online
    • O365
    • Microsoft Skype for Business
    • RightFax
    • PDA support
    • WebCargo
    • Ironport/ProofPoint
    • MFA/DUO
  • Support (level 3) the following Directory technologies:
    • Tools, adaptors, and connectors to facilitate application integration with directory and security services.
    • Identity lifecycle, authentication, auditing and access management solutions.
    • DNS Name Resolution, DHCP, DFS, Domain Controller configuration, Group Policy administrator and other directory related technologies.
    • Appropriate security mechanisms in accord with the overall securityarchitecture defined by the IPG IT Architecture group.
    • Enterprise directory systems within the data centers and regional offices.
  • Ensure directory data and metadata are accurate and is compliant with naming standards.
  • Generate regular reports via directory data on the compliance of the IT environment with governmental regulations.
  • Act as a resource as needed during critical system outages to provide diagnosis, escalate as appropriate to management and communicate to other support staff.
  • Provide effective follow-up and communication of problems as they occur.
  • Provide global technical support to the core services team and other regional operations groups
  • Administration of Openview and Solorwinds monitoring solutions.
  • Administrator of Symantec Endpoint Protection centralized enterprise solution.
  • Work closely with data center and local IT staffs to provide guidance and direction on daily operational requirements of systems as they relate to centralized application services and escalate any issues quickly to the vendors and infrastructure teams.
  • Act as a resource as needed during critical system outages to provide leadership in diagnosis, escalate as appropriate to management and communicate to other support staff.
  • Responsible for following IPG’s Standard Policies & Procedures in the completion of job duties
  • Perform On-Call duties in rotation with other administration team members
  • Develop and maintain documentation for assigned applications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 3+ years IT experience
  • 1+ year working on Server Environments
  • Excellent partnering, negotiation and communication skills
  • In-depth technical knowledge in Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2 Server
  • In-depth understanding/experience of DNS
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft AD, IronPort/ProofPoint, Exchange 2013/Online, O365 systems
  • Intermediate experience with Rightfax, PDA support
  • Intermediate experience with Windows IIS
  • Ability to effectively lead others to accomplish goals/objectives
  • Ability to handle and excel with additional administrative tasks as deemed appropriate by management.
