Job description

Senior Level resource responsible for the delivery of comprehensive, customer-driven IT services to an enterprise-class business environment for MS Exchange services.

Technical Skills:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the process.
  • Gathering and reporting on process metrics.
  • Tracking compliance to the process.
  • Maintaining the change schedule and projected service outage.
  • Facilitating/leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Authorizing Standard change templates/models

Process Skills:

  • Expert in Change Management process
  • Understand full Change Management lifecycle
  • Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
  • Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, ITIL certifications a must.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Team Leading experience of more than 10+ members


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems.
