Senior Level resource responsible for the delivery of comprehensive, customer-driven IT services to an enterprise-class business environment for MS Exchange services.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the process.
- Gathering and reporting on process metrics.
- Tracking compliance to the process.
- Maintaining the change schedule and projected service outage.
- Facilitating/leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Authorizing Standard change templates/models
- Expert in Change Management process
- Understand full Change Management lifecycle
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, ITIL certifications a must.
- Team Leading experience of more than 10+ members
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems.
