Job Description

Equities & Prime Finance Infrastructure architecture and management team is looking for a Strong Tech Infra Analyst to join the team

Key Responsibilities:

The role will include, but not limited to the following

Facilitate a governance structure for
- Project reporting and collation and highlights
- Infra team metrics
- Application lifecycle per Citi Inventory standards
- TCO reporting and schedule
Own Management Reporting and ensure level of consistency in information collected and presented upward and to partners
Risk & Controls Reporting Input and Query response
Projects:
- Infrastructure migrations projects
- Network migration operational SME
Liaise with CTI and partnering team to assist tech navigate the various infra systems
Act as regional face-off to CTI for significant or multi-app projects
Focus on reducing TCO
Identify areas to improve Risk & Controls metrics for the group

Experience

Over 3 years of overall experience in Infrastructure
Strong background in the financial services and banking industry
Experience in Capital Markets Technology, Equities & Prime Finance
Experience in infrastructure/ Hardware/ Software/ Database/ Middleware stack
Knowledge of infrastructure project life cycle including migrations and vendor upgrades
Strong knowledge of Application lifecycle and associated impacts
Proven experience in client management / communication
Exposure to front/middle/back office application stack

Skills

Knowledge of industry standard tools and technologies.
Effective communication skills
Strong relationship builder, works as a partner with multiple stakeholders and business areas
A self-starter who can deliver well as part of a team
Data/metrics reporting
Ability to work under pressure during tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Protocols: DNS, WINS, DHCP, IPX-SPX, SMTP, BGP, VPN, FTP/SFTP, OSPF, RIP, Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, NTP, PTP, FIX, PPS, ITCH, OUCH, IGMP
Operating Systems: RedHat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows
Database Systems: Oracle, MS SQL Server,
Software as a Service:
Messaging Middleware
