NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Infrastructure Manager-Technical Lead to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Our federal customer leads international development and humanitarian efforts to save lives, reduce poverty, strengthen democratic governance and help people progress beyond assistance. The Agency represents the U.S. abroad by working to establish a self-sustaining and continually improving living environment and to fairly and equitably distribute humanitarian assistance to those nations working to recover from disaster, escape poverty, or engage in democratic reforms.

The Bureau for Management (M), Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) ensures that the agency has access to cutting edge information technologyinfrastructure and business services to improve the day-to-day operations as well as the response to crisis, disasters, and humanitarian assistance situations.

Key Skills, Experiences and Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management and Tech Lead is responsible for leading and working closely with Technical Team Leads/SMEs for all IT infrastructure operations and engineering including Networking, Systems, Servers, Software packaging/distribution, database, datacenter, etc.

  • Coordinates Tier III support for all areas mentioned above.
  • Duties include significant coordination with client staff on continuous improvement
  • Providing effective leadership and personnel management to ensure positive team morale and efficient communications
  • Leading multiple technical team leads across complex organization
  • Operational Project Management experiencesupporting a Program Manager
  • Understanding of network, server and security equipment
  • Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations (COOP) coordination
  • Capacity and performance management
  • ServiceNow
  • Problem Management and escalation support
  • Incident Management
  • Root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Availability Management
  • Large Enterprise Environment (Windows, UNIX, Hypervisor, Cloud, Storage, Database, and Middleware)

Experience / Education:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Security, Business, or other technology specific discipline is preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience with a Master’s Degree
  • 14+ years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 18+ years’ experience with an Associate’s Degree
  • Must currently have an Active Secret Security Clearance
