The SFE will be required to perform technical analysis across complex, enterprise-wide shared environments that are heavily virtualized and distributed within cloud, SaaS and on prem. The SFE must be have expert knowledge of a variety of systems and tools and can analyze in depth, application and system logs, various traces and reporting and correlate these data points to root cause.
The SFE must be familiar with Riverbed, OCI, Zenoss, Cloudwatch, CloudTrail, AppDynamics, Vrops and can master other tools and technology quickly. The SFE needs to be a self-starter, capable of working with a wide range of teams and personal, capable of communicating at the appropriate level.
This position, along with the SRE, will provide direction and feedback to Governance boards such as the Architecture review board (ARB), Design review board (DRB), Operations review board (ORB). Additionally, through the use of trending and capacity reports across the enterprise, establish a program of predictive analytics to forecast capacity requirements and avoid performance challenges that will impact applications.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent job-related experience.
Typically, 8 or more years’ experience in data communications fundamentals, telecommunications, network design, implementation, and support in state of the art data communications networks or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
