JOB DESCRIPTION

The Infra Recruitment Partner will be responsible for:

  • Working with their Internal Mobility Consultant, Direct Recruiter, Recruitment and On-boarding Coordinators to deliver the end-to-end permanent recruitment process 
  • Managing Hiring Manager relationship and expectations
  • Conducting the HR interviews for finalist candidates and providing feedback to support all decision making
  • Managing the offer process
  • Delivering an exceptional client and candidateexperience

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years of full life cycle professional Recruitment experience; 2+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Exceptional interviewing and sourcing skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively 

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Behavior and/or Competency-based interview techniques
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services or Professional Services setting
