As an Systems Implementation Project Manager you will have the opportunity to lead our presence in the marketplace, implement solutions that advance the performance of our clients through technology, deliver compliance and sustainability information management services, and support business development. As part of our team, you will be the face of Jacobs as you lead multi-discipline teams of client and consulting staff in developing enterprise information solutions by assisting the client in defining reporting needs and solution specifications/requirements. Additional information: • Demonstrate project management and execution success systems design and implementations projects including development of implementation of work plans, budgets, and project schedules • Demonstrate proven experience in leading teams of technical specialists to develop sustainable solutions with clients. • Demonstrate understanding and experience of managing contracts, scopes of work, and project financials, including various metrics. •Demonstrate experience in delivering projects on time and within budget that met client technical and quality expectations. • Demonstrate business development and client service skills, including ability to lead sales efforts, close deals, manage scope changes and write proposals. • Demonstrate ability to help client senior management teams to set strategies, select, develop and implement systems. • Interact frequently with existing clients while building new relationships, network with client organizations, participate in technical seminars and conferences including delivery of technical presentations • Develop internal relationships to support the overall growth and success of the practice, mentoring junior-level staff and stewarding client.
• BS in Information Systems disciplines or Engineering/Sciences degree with consulting experience • 10 to 15 years’ experience with system implementations and at least 5 years of project management experience
