Camber is seeking an Information Assurance (IA) System Security Engineer Level II to support the Air National Guard (ANG) Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC) in Des Moines, Iowa.
ACC requires Cybersecurity support at the DTOC to assist with establishment of increased interconnections with existing DTOC-managed Air Reserve Command Networks (ARCNet) and DTOC systems in compliance with the requirements of the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Assistance is needed to prepare information and artifacts for submission into the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system across all controls in all families. Cybersecurity professionals will generate and maintain security plans within eMASS, supporting RMF, Continuous Monitoring (CM), and create Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for non-compliant and non-applicable controls. Objective enterprise cybersecurity work includes tasks related to added network nodes. Additionally, the effort includes cybersecurity requirements related to the accreditation for persistent connection of USAF systems for blended live/synthetic training, and the interconnection of various units across multiple networks for regular training while using ACC’s established Cross Domain Solutions. This Cybersecurity team will coordinate activities with the RFS-005 team providing AFLCMC/WNS Operational Training Infrastructure (OTI) System Cybersecurity Support and the RFS-001 team to provide Security Control Assessor Representative (SCAR)/Certifying Authority Representatives (CAR) support.
Information Assurance (IA) System Security Engineer Level II:
DoD 8570.1 IAM-Level II certification (e.g., CAP, CASP CE, CISSP, GSLC, CISM)
3 years of system security engineering experience in conducting information system security assessments; evaluating IA and Cybersecurity security controls; and conducting and supporting RMF activities in Steps 1-5.
Strong working knowledge of eMASS and ACAS operations.
Strong working knowledge of the RMF and the Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
Security Clearance and Training Requirements : Must possess Secret clearance, with ability to attain TS/SCI and SAP eligibility. The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
