Job Description

NetCentrics, a Haystax Company, is a leading provider of enterprise systems management, 

solutions engineering, applications development, information assurance, computer network 

defense and cybersecurity for The Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security 

and other federal agencies.


    Serve as the Program Manager for an Information Assurance contrac

    Provide oversight of Task Order as a whole and ensure PWS requirements are met

    Meet Task Order Deliverables.

    Attend weekly and ad hoc meetings with the Government.

    Conduct periodic team meetings.

    Assist with the processing and reporting requirements of DoD/DISA Information 

    Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) and DHS Information Security Vulnerability 

    Management (ISVM) programs to include Coast Guard Task Orders (TASKORD) and Operational 

    Orders (OPORDS)

    Assist in the coordination and implementation of Information Assurance (IA) policies, 

    procedures, and training programs.

    Identify and report gaps in the existing IA policy and procedures and provide 

    recommendations.versee and peer review documentation creation to detail processes, 

    procedures, etc. for all team activities.

    Project Management experiencedesired.


7+ years IA or cyberexperiencerequired.

4+ years managing programs or task orders.

Certified as a CSSP-M (CISSP:ISSMP or CISM and CISSP) – Required 

    (must have within 6months of start).

    Certified as a IAT III (CISSP or CISA or CASP) – Required for functional 

    role (must have within 6months of start).

PMP Certification – Desired.

Project Management experiencedesired.• Ability to review tasks performed by 

    team members, review requirements of the task order, recognize weaknesses, 

    develop solutions to issues and propose plans to the Government.

Knowledge of tools such as HBSS, SCCM, ACAS (NESSUS), CMRS, and SharePoint.

Knowledge of DOD and DHS Policies, understanding of various cyber roles including;

    Certification & Accreditation, Audit, Governance, and SecurityEngineering.

Must be a team player, a proven leader, a Mentor, a multi-tasker.

Active Secret Clearance and must be Top Secret clearable.
