Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
This individuals will apply their financial, resource management and analytics skills to assess and validate IT financial and resource management performance. In addition they would evaluate and recommend process improvements and help to baseline and monitor the organization’s performance measures to help it achieve its goals and targets.
- Providing input into budgeting decisions, census counts, chargeability, resource mix percent targets and budget code projections.
- Managing annual IT chargeback planning and input
- Ensuring area operates in accordance with approved budget and expense initiatives. Understand financial trends and available reduction levers
- Fielding Accounting/ Finance questions and provide commentary
- Manage Time reporting compliance and accuracy
High School diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of technology or business related experience required.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 6 years of technology or business related experience preferred. 1 year of experience managing others preferred. Prior experience working with financial systems.
