The Industrial Engineering Manager will be responsible for a broad range of highly visible projects. The Industrial Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers executing multiple, simultaneous engineering projects including capital projects, productivity and workplace enhancements, time studies, data gathering, as well as capacity and supply chain strategies.
The Industrial Engineering Manager is a key member of the facility management team and will be included in developing quarterly and annual budgets. The Industrial Engineering Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management from conception through completion including vendor relationship management and the RFP process. As the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timelines and budgets are met for projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics with a minimum of 7 years in capital project management, material handling systems and distribution, and performance management data analysis experiencerequired. The Industrial Engineering Manager must have a proven record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously while directing teams successfully. The Industrial Engineering Manager will have extensive knowledge and experience with motion and time studies, statistical processes, data analysis, and OSHA regulations. Experience with Manhattan labor management, WMS, AutoCad, Power Point, and simulation software is preferred.
