Rimini Street, Inc. is looking to add an innovative, energetic, and experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to their team. The Indirect Procurement Manager-Marketing and Professional Services will be responsible for creating and maintaining analytics for cost improvement visibility and high levels of communication, as well as managing cross-business projects to create additional value, efficiency, and savings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate, build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to increase engagement
Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to gain an understanding of current state, to include business requirements, supplier profiles, spend analysis, etc.
For each procurement project, ensure project alignment and drive collaborative procurement efforts with the necessary cross-functional counterparts and matrix teams (e.g. Corporate Procurement, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, etc.).
Data analytics to develop strategy and guidance
Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization and problem-solving skills while ensuring that all expectations are met or exceeded.
Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
Lead supplier contract negotiations, contract review and execution
Implement programs through the use of strong project management
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace, benchmarks and industry best practices
Develop new methods and processes and Implement procurement strategies for indirect procurement categories
Ability and willingness to travel 1 – 2 trips/year
5+ years of progressive experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Marketing and Professional Services sourcing and procurement experience required
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Icertis experience preferred
Proven knowledge of procurement principles and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
