Responsible for achieving sales quota targets and channel KPIs, providing sales coaching, training and marketing expertise and support to the channel. Works side by side with dealer district managers, store managers & store associates on monthly district,& store plans, and with store associates to improve sales processes in support of Ingram Micro's selling initiative(s). Help dealers recruit quality talent and aid with people development, training and education and positioning of product, pricing and promotions. Consults with dealer management regarding financial results, hiring, staffing, marketing, store operations internally and across the Dealer base. Responsible for sharing best practices across dealers and developing sales behaviors to increase conversion and activations. Identifies, manages and resolves customer issues and tracks dealer performance. Clearly communicates all changes in product, service and/or procedures in a timely manner. Maintains an effective relationship with the AR to ensure the quota attainment goal is met.
Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Ingram Micro's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
