The individual in this role provides implementation and training management of team while delivering exceptional customer experience from pre-sales to production operation of Neptune services with emphasis on Software as a Service (SaaS) products. He or she manages multiple concurrent software implementation projects including onboarding, migration, training, file validation, and monetization of services through opportunity management. The Implementation & Training Manager coordinates with sales, managed services, system support, customer service, marketing, and software engineering to ensure high quality Neptune software projects. He or she manages all customer and partner-facing SaaS training including webinars, SSI, and Neptune Customer Experience team. This individual also conducts regularly scheduled meetings with all stakeholders. Some travelrequired with this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5+ years in software implementation and project management. CRM Dynamics 365 experience is preferred. Cloud computing, Subscription Management, Contract Management, Onboarding, Training Manager, Customer Services.
Special Training: CRM application, ERP application
