TheClient Experience Custody Project Management team supports the FidelityClearing & Custody Solutions business unit by managing the conversion ofAdvisors, Bank and Trust firms, or existing clients, onto the custody platform.This team is dedicated solely on client conversions. The Project Managementteam works closely with the Client Experience Service, Training and Deploymentteams to onboard the new advisors.
The ImplementationProject Manager is responsible for the onboarding of new FCCS Advisors, Bank,and Trust firms. You will also support existing advisors or Bank and Trustfirms who are converting a book of business onto the platform. The positionrequires a hands-on approach and requires extensive trust accounting systemexpertise to function as a subject matter expert. You will lead Mid-level tolarge Implementation Projects virtually or onsite to advisor or Bank Trustoffice to support conversion projects.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’sdegree in business or finance or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in business preferred
Minimum5 – 10 years in financial services industry. Including experience in the institutional or high net worth clientmanagement or relationship role
Experiencein Personal Trust Operations and bank office/middle office brokeragefunctionality

The Value You Deliver
Directthe overall asset conversion plans for new clients to FCCS. Analyze the sourceand determine best methods to achieve successful conversion.
Managethe overall client relationship during the on-boarding experience, includingsetting appropriate client expectations and delivering on the customerexperience index.
Actas a liaison on behalf of client to FCCS organization to address client issues.
Workwith the client to resolve daily issues involving account set up, transfer ofassets, account maintenance, and other customer service issues.
Analyzethe procedures, products, and business practices of the client to align withFCCS policies and procedures and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions andalternatives when necessary. Make recommendations on best practices.
Coordinatecurrent clients who are increasing their relationship substantially with FCCSand oversee the conversion of this new business opportunity.
Leadmid to large projects, with varying degrees of complexity. Lead onsite supportat advisor offices for mid to large breakaways or conversions; assist withvarious pre-planning and execution tasks throughout the conversion.
