What you’ll bring:
•Demonstrated experience with deal/portfolio management
•5+ years’ experience in inbound/outbound sales/support role (prefer 2+ years’ experience in supervisory role)
•Strong time management, analytical and quantitative skills
•Strong project management and organizational skills
•Proficiency in Visio or other workflow software, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
•Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field

Impact you’ll make:
We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist as the primary coordinator to support and onboard large customers on behalf of the field sales force. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tip-to-tail support for large complex customer and partner onboarding and support scenarios, along with coordinating the timely completion of various tasks across multiple teams. You must be skilled in proactively identifying potential issues and required stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation of the partnership terms and onboarding of future referred customers. Your ability to act as a liaison among multiple parties and coordinate simultaneous onboarding tasks based on business needs and contractual commitments is key to your success in this role. Additionally, as needed, you will look to create and continuously improve best practices for onboarding processes and procedures, partnership terms, and overall deal management.
First 90 days and beyond:
•Successfully onboard large and/or complex customers by ensuring completion of the required reviews by, and tasks for, Credentialing, Billing, IT, Customer Support, Sales, Legal, Training, etc.
•Be able to map processes visually (e.g. using Visio) by department and task
•Respond to status inquiries and provide up-to-date information on outstanding requirements
•Interact professionally with various internal and external stakeholders in all levels of management (e.g., the Customer’s deal manager or analysts vs executive management)
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate those effectively to the required internal parties
•Determine custom reporting requirements as needed in support of new clients/partnerships; identify requirements for related longer-term system improvements as needed
•Create and deliver presentations as needed for senior leadership
