Define objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to implement EarnUp’s proprietary technology with a respective enterprise’s systems.
Develop milestone-based, detailed project plans, based on the objectives, requirements, and assumptions, incorporating internal and external constraints.
Develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity.
Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables. Drive internal and enterprise customer resources to complete tasks within the established scope, schedule, and budget and achieve milestones defined in the project plan for successful implementation and launch.
Facilitate and lead effective and efficient project meetings, managing change, risks, and conflict.
Create actionable deliverables for: communication plan, stakeholder management plan, technical implementation, customer onboarding (with team), training plan (with team), testing plan (with team), and vendor management/diligence.
Ensure the success criteria are clearly defined and met for each project and deliverable.
Manage comms and serve as the project advocate within the enterprise customer organization.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree. Advanced degrees and Certificates are a plus.
At least 3 years of project management experience. Experience in financial services or highly regulated industry is a plus.
Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications are a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels. Proficiency with understanding and managing interrelations between people, systems and tools and processes.
Sound technical aptitude and proven ability to understand multiple disciplines and technologies.
Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality.
Proficiency in producing and presenting clear, concise, and professionally written communications and presentations.
