What you’ll be doing
As an Engagement Manager at Bazaarvoice, you’ll be a part of the global Client Services organization, which includes Implementation, Business Strategy, Client Support, and more. You’ll work closely with our clients (the biggest brands and retailers in the world) to create an action plan to implement their new Bazaarvoice investment, whether it be new or existing business. Engagement Managers get buy-in from the client on every deadline, milestone, resource, and budgeted hour to ensure their solutions go live without a hitch. Your ability to present a detailed Statement of Work, facilitate client workshops, understand our service offerings, and rally your business strategy and technical counterparts will be key in making sure every implementation is on-time and fits our client’s needs. - Manage a portfolio of projects from start to finish- Create SOWs for client implementations- Determine services pricing / “sell” services to clients Who you are
Our Engagement Managers are highly-organized, multi-tasking, project-managing gurus. Do you like juggling lots of tasks at once? Your ability to keep a team motivated, on track, as well as be a client advocate will be critical to your success. Building and maintaining excellent client relations comes naturally to you – off the top of your head, you know where every client in your portfolio is in their implementation or onboarding. Your projects have that optimum balance of cost, time, and quality. You bring high energy, communicate directly, and lead by example. You’re motivated to make your clients successful and take time to understand their objectives, goals and requirements. You execute well under pressure and have a passion for life and hard work. - Experience applying project management methodology / deadline-driven- Excellent decision-making skills around project scope, time, and resources- Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years software / e-commerce experience- Nice to have: PMP certification; experience scoping services for SaaS implementations; ability to communicate with developers about HTML, CSS, XML, etc.About Bazaarvoice
