SAIC is seeking an Implementation Manager to support an IT shared services program for a large government agency. By establishing a common operating environment (COE) for all departments within the agency, all users will have access to a service catalog with automated service delivery that is implemented with commercial-grade IT practices. The COE will provide departments with multi-tier end user support and visibility into all IT costs.



- B.S. in IT related field
- Minimum 18 years of experience, with at least 7 years of service delivery and management experience in a multi-vendor environment
- Experience supporting BRM activities as a liaison between the service provider of common, commercial-grade IT services and end-users
- Service delivery and management of common, commercial-grade IT services
- Organization Change Management associated with automated service delivery
- Knowledge of IT cost tracking tools and concepts
- Knowledge of ITIL is required. ITIL certification is desired
- Ability to tailor and apply SAIC’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) process to facilitate cultural change and educate stakeholders on the implementation of the COE for an organization of 10,000 users located throughout CONUS
- Knowledge of IT governance processes and ITIL
- Ability to collaborate with Business Relationship Manager to continuously improve the relationships between COE subject matter experts and the COE user base
- Knowledge of training practices to prepare a large agency workforce for changes in service delivery, tools, and workflows
- Capable of communicating with senior agency and SAIC executive management
- Sufficient IT knowledge to accurately assess operational requirements, facilitate resolution of service delivery issues, and maintain customer relationships
