Global technology company is looking for a number of Implementation Consultants / Specialists to compliment their successful Enterprise Sales Team and to contribute to the growth of the company throughout North America.

Home based (along the Eastern Seaboard from South Carolina to Maine or from Midwestern Sates including Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana), the Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of high-quality implementation projects and ensuring lifecycle success for our clients. The Implementation Consultant will have the responsibility for applying best practices project, communication, and implementation strategies throughout the entire lifecycle of the project including new client on-boarding and training.

You will be expected to travel on a regular basis to our client's locations in the US with the potential for some overseas travel.

Skills and Experience:

Essential skills and experience

Excellent written, numerical and presentation skills

Service orientated

Implmentation experience including actively leading the planning process, project stages and customer engagement throughout the project

Excellent Coaching skills

IT skills including MS Office; Word, PowerPoint and Excel to an advanced level

A track record in successfully managing change within organizations

Ability to be pragmatic, resilient and innovative in problem solving and issue resolution

Previous experience in implementing software and coaching customers to acheive success

Happy to travel both domestically and internationally

Desirable skills and experience for this role:

Degree educated

Experienced process improvement practitioner (Lean/Six Sigma)

Coaching qualification

Experience of working in different industries and sectors

Project Management qualification

Ability to work effectively with client staff at various levels in the organisation

Commitment to continual self-improvement and development

Ability to communicate ideas and use different strategies for influencing and achieving results
