Function as the critical link between our customers to oversee all aspects of implementation; develop project plans, proactively manage customer expectations and oversee all customer communications.
Build analytics visualizations for well known, global brands across a variety of use cases.
Become proficient in social, web, video, display, search, mobile based marketing channels and analytics with respect to Origami Logic’s platform.
Consult with customers to understand their marketing data sets, using your developed or existing knowledge to become a trusted advisor on marketing intelligence / measurement best practices.
Lead platform training sessions with customer end users/marketers.
Partner effectively with other parts of the organization including Data Analysts, Product Management and Engineering to facilitate creation of the customer’s data structure within the product, drive resolution of project issues/roadblocks and triage product requests/bug reports.
Contribute to the evolution of Origami Logic’s professional services methodologies through the development of service offerings, best practices and implementation methodologies.
Required skills & experience:
Experience working in a client-facing role to deliver across 3-4 projects simultaneously - building project plans and driving deliverables against timelines
Background (3+ years) in delivering enterprise software and SaaS related enablement / implementation services.
Professional, customer-centric demeanor
Strong written/verbal communication
Comfortable working with and talking about data
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to travel up to 20% for customer meetings
Bonus: Experience in marketing analytics (at an agency, brand, etc.), MarTech, BI tools or cross-channel marketing platforms.
