*** Become an evangelist for company technologies and building brand equity.
*** Contact new customers and support existing biopharmaceutical customer base in bioprocess development, analytical development, quality control, and impurity testing.
*** Develop and give technical presentations to customers and prospects at trade shows or customer facilities utilizing analytical methods including immunoassay, PAGE, western blot, chromatography, bioprocess purification method development, and mass spectrometry to demonstrate company products.
*** Provide voice of customer to marketing and management regarding potential new products, competitive initiatives, and customer needs.
*** Collaborate with R&D and marketing team to develop marketing program.
