Duane Morris LLP seeks an immigration associate to join its Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate will have business immigration experience preparing H-1Bs, Ls, E-2s, E-3s, TNs, Os, PERMs and EB1 green card cases as well as responding to RFEs. Excellent writing skills along with a positive presence and advocacy ability highly desired and direct contact with corporate clients. Stellar academics, research and organizational skills required along with an entrepreneurial drive, initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume immigration practice are required of this position.
