Your role

Do you have a knack for technology, are you interested in improving existing processes and at your best when supporting others? Are you passionate about IT support process improvement and automation? We're looking for someone like that to help us:

• Manage and support the banks critical Identity Management services and support group

• Provide user support for issues with the various relevant 2 factor authentication and personal certificate solutions

• Provide support for project work pertaining to roll outs or onboarding of new solutions in the Identity Management application portfolio.

• Coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event days

Your team

You'll be working as part of the Technical Operations Centre Security department within Technology Services. Within TOC Security, you'll be part of a global Identity Management team and responsible for aspects of production support relevant to the solutions in your portfolio.

Your expertise

Preference will be given to those candidates that have:

• SSO (CA SiteMinder, Layer 7, CA Strong Authentication)

• 2FA credential mgmt. products having features like Biometric Authentication, fingerprint, otp

• Smart Card & Public Key infrastructures

• Certificate Management, Authorities and Revocation Lists

• Familiarity with various databases (MSSQL, Oracle etc) and LDAP principles and infrastructures

• Experience of service delivery within an ITIL framework for Incident and Problem management using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, preferably in support

• Hands on experience on Splunk / AppDynamics would be preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent / conflicting priorities
