The ICG FP&AForecasting & Transformation Director will help build out and support a team with the core responsibility of driving transformation across ICG's forecastingprocesses and controls, models & methodologies, infrastructure and data, to build a best in class global ICG forecasting platform and framework. This also includes oversight of key regulatory and strategic initiatives in both stress testing and business planning within ICG and in close partnership with other stakeholders and process owners across Citi Finance. This role reports to the Head of ICG Forecasting & Transformation, with scope across ICG's global products and businesses. The ICG Forecasting & Transformation Director will partner closely with various senior stakeholders across Treasury, Risk Management, the ICG businesses, Controllers, CCAR/PPNR, FP&A, Data Services, Technology, Internal Audit and Regulators.
This dynamic role requires a leader who can collaborate across multiple senior business stakeholders, build a highly talented team and drive change through various transformative initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Help drive the optimization and integration of all forecasting processes across CCAR/capital planning, strategic planning, business/operating planning and outlook processes
- In partnership with corporate, business and regional planning teams, clearly define use case requirements and planning segmentation rationale across all forecasting processes for multiple ICG products
- Improve the accuracy, agility and control of forecasting processes by completing and optimizing the model forecast library for all ICG businesses/geographies
- Work closely with the Finance Transformation team to detail end state design implications for ICG and enhancement approach
- Identify and incorporate key data and operational dependences across Finance, Risk and Business workstreams
- Drive convergence and standardization of forecasting tools, including implementation of a Common Model Framework
- Support implementation of firmwide planning infrastructure transformation, in close coordination with Corporate FP&A
- Ensure consistency of approach and implementation of forecasting enhancements across markets and ICG products
- Drive automation and digital visualization tools to improve speed to insight
- Help in the establishment of enhanced planning and process governance
- Standardize and document ICG planning processes across use cases
- Work closely with Model Risk Management to ensure successful model validation
- Enhance review and challenge in progress towards convergence of modeling approaches
- Ensure consistency with Citi's Risk Governance Framework
- Track key performance metrics in the achievement of key milestones and deliverables for transparency and accountability
- Escalate key transformation execution risks and help identify and take mitigating actions
- Represent ICG in Citi-wide and Finance Transformation forums to drive outcomes and communication
- Directly manage team members locally and remotely, mentor and develop team members across ICG P&A, and partner with other teams locally and across the globe; requiring ability to effectively communicate across all levels

Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 8-10+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in financial services
- Demonstrated financial modeling skills with the ability to drive top down strategic and operational plan
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
