Reporting to the Director of Diversity & Inclusion and working in partnership with senior leadership across the organization, this role will manage a critical component of the talent pipeline – business-specific rotational programs focused on developing next generation talent and leaders. This HR team member will be responsible for structuring and ensuring these multi-year rotational and development programs, which provide entry level and early career associates the opportunity to rotate through multiple teams/disciplines, are meeting short and long-term business needs.
The role is accountable for engaging both candidates and program participants throughout the journey, making recommendations to executives on continuous improvement, and keeping programs aligned with the evolving needs of the business and shifts in the talent market. Staying in step with and integrating best practices from corporate recruiting and internship programs is paramount.
