Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Total Rewards, this position serves as a partner on human resource-related issues and processes. The HR Partner develops and manages partnerships across the College to deliver value-added service to management and employees in support of the College mission.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations and investigations, performance management, job description and compensation development, policy interpretation and implementation, recruitment/employment processes, and employment law compliance including FMLA case management.
