The Human Resources Manager oversees the day-to-day Human Resources function at Eckerd Connects and affiliated organizations. This position, along with the Director of Risk Management & Privacy, also oversees and liaisons with Eckerd Connects' Human Resources Outsourcing partner. Works closely with Operations staff to ensure Human Resources related needs in the field are met.
Education: Bachelor's degree, from an accredited College or University, required. Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred. Human Resources certification preferred (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Experience: 5 years of progressive human resources experience required. 2 years of experience supervising preferred.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit at desk for long periods of time, with extended periods of computer work related to case activities and placements. Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
Other: Must meet state criminal background check requirements.
Travel: Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Connects' Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes. Maintain an appropriate and valid state driver's license. Travel may be up to 33% at times.
