Human Resources Manager - $95-115K + 15% Bonus + relo package – Fortune 500 Consumer Products Manufacturing - Generalist in the areas of diversity, employee relations, training and development, staffing, performance management, organization development and design, benefits, compensation, communication, and legal issues. Responsible for developing the HR department staff along with other industrial department managers; Counseling employees and supervisors to resolve problems; Recruiting, interviewing and selecting new hires; Directing the performance management program for salaried employees; Assessing and providing employee training and development; Ensuring legal compliance for EPA, OSHA, record and training requirements; Workers compensation case management; Ensuring compliance with federal and state law and EEOC/AA; Preparing the annual HR department budget; Participating in the Value Stream Management Team.
BS required, MS/MBA a plus - SPHR and/or PHR Certifications a Plus - 5 Years Experience as a Human Resources Management Generalist in a manufacturing environment. HRexperience in an industrial manufacturing environment; EPA, OSHA, EEOC, Affirmative Action, performance management, training and development, workers compensation; Experience setting strategic direction for the HR function and providing team leadership to accomplish functional objectives. Demonstrated problem solving and change management experience. Demonstrated experience leading positive associate relations and communication programs.
