In this role you will be working under the guidance of the Director – HR, Kitchen & Bath Americas and Director – Leadership Development. The Human Resources Manager, Talent Development – Kitchen & Bath Americas coordinates and helps manage the regional pool of high potential associates and key/critical positions. This position assists business and HR leaders in the identification, assessment, development and tracking of associates having future leadership and key position potential for the purpose of accelerating their capabilities and building Kitchen & Bath Americas talent pipeline. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying development strategies for high-potential and executive leadership that include on-the-job experiences, coaching and formal training.

Skills/Requirements

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired, Master’s degree and/or PHR certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a talent role in a global organization.

  • Demonstrated competency in understanding the various aspects of leadership capabilities in significant business organizations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong presentation skills in both a small and large group setting.
