HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER IMPACT:
Performs a variety of Human Resources and team member relations duties including, but not limited to, hiring (both hourly and salaried), budgeting and forecasting, performance management, talent development, policy development and adherence, and development and administration of incentive plans.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER DETAILS:
Directs activities related to the hiring process for both hourly and salaried positions including onboarding, and administration of company's relocation program.
Provides advice and counsel to managers/supervisors on disciplinary matters. Conducts investigatory meetings and disciplinary meetings with team members. Ensures supervisors are consistent in applying discipline.
Assists in the development and administration of incentive plans. Assists in monitoring success of plans.
Responsible for compliance with EEO matters, investigates complaints of discrimination, harassment (both internal and external) and other EEO matters including coordinating EEO training.
Develops and administers the Company's performance management system as part of the Company's talent development and performance management program.
Assists in the creation of employee engagement surveys and analysis of results.
Assists in creating and adhering to departmental budget.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER BACKGROUND:
• 5-10 years' experience in Human Resources in corporate environment.
• Must be proficient in ADP Workforce Now HRIS System
• SHRM preferred
