The Human Resources Manager is responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Product Group and Americas Region HR VPs on driving the Nexidia Human Capital agenda and the continued integration of Nexidia into NICE.  The HR Manager position is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Based in our Nexidia Atlanta office, this role will cover employees located in multiple states and countries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entrenched business partnership with the leaders across the organization from first line management to presidential level. This includes coaching and mentoring as well as acting as a subject matter expert to guide the business through it’s HR actions.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with leaders of each business unit to understand the needs of each unit and how they tie into the overall needs of the business.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for the organization to assist with sourcing candidates, working with agencies, setting up interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Lead and execute on annual HR processes within the organization that include onboarding, organizational development, compensation, employee relations as well as ensure compliance with the global practices and policies.
  • Engage with the employee population to maximize people experience and facilitate the organization’s culture and talent enhancement plans.
  • Identify and develop the talent within the organization. Targeting high potentials and supporting programs for managerial development in partnership with the HR corporate center of excellence.
  • Professional and primary focal point for managers and employees at all levels (management consulting, career development, individuals' personal needs etc.).
  • Implement alignments within the company that bridge the continued integration of Nexidia into NICE.
  • Administer full life cycle of benefits which would include benefit renewal, open enrollment, termination and submitting deductions to payroll.
  • Participate and lead year end audits in conjunction with our auditors for all benefits.
  • Administer all leave of absences process including short term disability and FMLA processes.
  • A true hands-on approach and willingness/capability to complete extensive HR operations and administrative HR tasks and initiatives as needed.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires to increase retention rates and ensure new employees are set up for success within their roles.
  • Lead the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews, and completing offboarding administrative tasks.
  • Manage facilities functions for the Atlanta office to include partnering with Corporate headquarters on upcoming space expansion
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities for the Atlanta office including community service and holiday events

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Psychology or other applicable discipline. Masters in HR is desirable.
  • PHR or SPHR is also desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a HR Generalist/Manager role in a hi- tech organization
  • Proficiency with Oracle HRIS System
  • Familiarity with best practice people processes and experienced in coaching managers
