Our client, a fast growing Boutique Investment Bank ,based in NYC ,has asked us to locate a Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and oversee all corporate human resources
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure all HR objectives are executed properly
  • Oversee HR department and manage the day-to-day objectives of team
  • Implement employee performance management systems and assessments
  • Communicate policies and procedures effectively to employees and top management
  • Conduct all new employee onboarding & work with 3rd party PEO on payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition program including recruiting and vendor process

Job Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degreerequired; Master's Degree preferred
  • 6-8+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years' experience in a HR leadership position with prior experienceworking within the Financial Service industry required
  • Working proficiency of human resources laws and practices
  • Strong managerial and interpersonal skills required
  • Expert knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation

110-130K+ Bonus and excellent benefit package

Salary

$126K - $150K
