Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key department and functional leaders to understand the current and future business challenges 
  • Manage implementation of various initiatives in support of our HR strategic plan for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organization Design, Employee Relations, Leadership Development and Social Responsibility
  • Lead and coach managers and employees on the application of our Performance Management Process including goal setting, performance feedback and evaluation/assessment to improve results
  • Work with functional leaders to manage Talent Acquisition activities to include:  identification and development of talent needs through job descriptions, recruitment, screening/interviewing, hiring and creation of on-boarding plans
  • Educate and influence leaders/managers on building an inclusive culture within the work place 
  • Build leader communications and assist managers by developing methods to share information with employees on business issues
  • Provide coaching and consultation on Employee Relation issues
  • Other projects as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelordegreerequired with Master degreepreferred
  • At least 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Experience in all facets of human resources including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Legal Compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated strength in analyzing facts and issues, identifying options, and able to decide and recommend a course of action
  • Must know when to compromise and when to be assertive
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results
  • Project/process management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment a plus 
  • Prior HRIS experiencepreferred
  • Up to 40% travel
