HR Manager Job Responsibilities: (this is a ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WITH ROOM TO GROW WITH US)

The Human Resources Manager is responsible and accountable for carrying out all assigned Human Resource functions at the Community by providing oversight of policy administration and programs including but not limited to; payroll, recruitment, on-boarding, training and education, employee relations, employee engagement, workers’ compensation and benefits, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.


***Other duties may be assigned or be modified by employer as need arises.


HR Manager Work Hrs./ Shifts:

  • Full Time / 1st shift


What will you need as a HR Manager?


Required Education:                           Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university

RequiredExperience:                          5 years’ professional human resources experience; 2 years’ experience in training and development

PreferredExperience:                         Nonprofit; senior living or long term care sector


Business travel is a requirement of position; proof of valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

If personal vehicle is used to transport self or others; proof of insurance of $100,000 single limit of liability
