The HR Manager will be responsible for providing a combination human resources strategy development and change management leadership; Partner and collaborate with site plant leadership to implement effective HR programs, procedures and processes; Lead cross functional teams and projects at the site level; Ensure Talent and performance management, and leadership development utilizing Corporate and/or creative methods; Work with functional/departmental and site leaders to ensure that internal customer requests/needs for HR services are being met in a timely and effective manner; Analyze, interpret, develop, and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures as appropriate; Identify and apply multiple recruiting strategies to ensure a timely and appropriate response to fill open positions, manage temporary vendors; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EEO/AA, FMLA, ADA, etc.);

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field; Minimum 5years?experience of progressive human resources in a CPG manufacturing environment (Food, Beverage, HBA, Personal Care Products); Proficient in use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as HRIS & Timekeeping systems; Specialized knowledge in several human resources disciplines, which may include compensation, benefits, recruitment, HRIS, organizational development, performance management, etc.; Strong organizational and time management skills. PHRpreferred or can be obtained in role;
