Human Resources Manager - $85-100K + Bonus ? Consumer Durable Products Mfg  ?Responsible for developing the HR department staff along with otherindustrial department managers; Counseling employees and supervisors to resolve problems; Recruiting, interviewing and selecting new hires; Directing the performance management program for salaried employees; Assessing and providing employee training and development; Ensuring legal compliance for EPA, OSHA, record and training requirements; Workers compensation case management; Ensuring compliance with federal and state law and EEOC/AA; Preparing the annual HR department budget; Participating in the Value Stream Management Team.

 

BS required, MS/MBA desired, PHR or SPHR certification a plus ? 6-8years of HR experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; EPA, OSHA, EEOC, Affirmative Action; Union & Non-Union a plus; employee/labor relations; performance management, training and development, workers compensation; Experience setting strategic direction for the HR function and providing team leadership to accomplish functional objectives.
