  • Opportunity Profile:
    • The Human Resources Manager isresponsible for planning and coordinating all activitiesassociated with Human Resources, including but not limited to:  Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Safety, Employee and Labor Relations, and Organization Development for our Richmond Division Office (R&D, IT, Customer Service, Global Supply Chain, and Financial Shared Services) and Distribution Center.  
      • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources.
      • 5-7 years Human Resources experience.
      • Ability and experience in interfacing at all organizational levels.
      • Working knowledge of the principles of human resources, labor law, labor relations, safety, compensation and benefits, affirmative action, talent acquisition and development.
      • Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruiting, selection, and training.
      • Knowledge of employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, etc.
      • Experience in handling investigations and employee relations issues.
      • Ability to impact and influence without formal authority.
      • Experience working in a fast paced organization that is metric focused with operationally focused business leaders

  • Qualifications:

      • Development and implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.
      • Coordinate and monitor the administration of the compensation programs for salaried exempt, Non-exempt, and hourly employees.
      • Coordinate and administer the Performance Management Program which includes planning and identifying/developing key employees to meet management objectives.
      • Participate in the talent development and training functions to ensure that developmental objectives are achieved.
      • Serve as advisor and coach to business leaders and managers around people management and development, employee engagement, high potential and succession identification, etc.
      • Partner with leaders to identify success for critical roles and build development plans to ensure candidate readiness. 
      • Identify and diagnose talent and organizational issues, and partner with business leaders to implement solutions
      • Assess culture and develop action plans to ensure a positive and engaging workplace.  Connects with our employees to understand how to engage front-line employees to build organizational capability and engagement.
      • Lead employee investigations and ensure appropriate outcomes and follow-up
      • Leverage centers of excellence to build tools and expertise across teams supported
      • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR functional team to develop solutions, programs and guidelines.
