The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading a team of generalist and specialist level associates to support the programmatic and fundamental human resource work for client groups. This work includes associate relations support, succession planning, performance management process, organizational design work, coaching and development, leadership training, and learning/facilitation. Additionally, this role will need to support the strategy of building new HR processes and working across all food brands to ensure consistency and efficacy within all HR teams.
The individual in this role is part of the Human Resources team for 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. Food Brands in the Midwest US, and can be based in our Westerville, Obetz, or Hebron (Ohio) locations.
