Division Human Resources Leader
Our client, a standalone non-union Manufacturing Division of a US based Multi-Billion Dollar Fortune Manufacturing Corporation with global reach has an immediate need for an upwardly mobile Division Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Reporting to Corporate Human Resources with a strong dotted line to the Division General Manager, the Division HR Manager acting as a Strategic HR Business Partner will be responsible for the delivery of both Strategic and Tactical HR initiatives and the leadership/development of the HR team.
Additionally, while partnering with the Division’s executive team the Division HR Manager will lead the development of Human Resources programs/processes to support the overall business plan to expand the Division’s business in the global marketplace and ensure organizational capabilities.
This position requires 8 + years of ‘progressive’ Plant HR Leadership experience in a Major Fortune Manufacturing Corporation(s) with demonstrated expertise with the Strategic HR Business Partner Model, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement processes, Change Management, Talent Management, Organizational Design/Development a strong Business Acumen and solid knowledge of the basic HR Generalist Skills such as E/R, Safety, Training, Talent Acquisition etc.
Salary to $130, + Bonus
A Bachelors degree is required for consideration with a Masters Degree highly preferred.
