The Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow. On a regular and continuous basis, the position exercises administrative judgment with respect to establishing and maintaining departmental operation goals, standards, policies and procedures. The position is responsible for, but is not limited to, the following functions:

The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources and interacts with all departments and leadership within the Company. The position coordinates the work produced by HR Generalists, Specialists and other department staff in order to ensure completion of projects.
. Oversight and management of payroll function and staff
? HR Service delivery for the organization; centralized employee and manager service
? Support employee relations process, records, status reporting
? Maintain issues reporting for HR department and ensure root cause analysis complete and resolution.
? Responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of company policies, regulations, and programs for employee training, safety, health, and morale.
? Leads in managing HR Governance and Compliance programs for HR operations.
? Assesses risks for Human Resources activities and recommends changes/solutions.
? Assists with preparation and delivery of audit and regulatory examinations, addresses findings/recommendations, and ensures proper and timely resolution.
? Collaborates with other groups to study and investigate issues and identify and implement solutions. Maintain issues reports
? Drafts, maintains and updates HR-related policies and procedures.
? Maintains any compliance-specific records and generate ad hoc reports, as needed.
? Maintain awareness of regulatory and employment law changes and the potential impact to the Company.
? Provides leadership in the coordination of HR Department activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies and regulations.
? Identifies optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs.
? Four-year college degree, advanced degree a plus
? PHR or SPHR certification preferred
? 5-7years of management experience
. Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship management skills
. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
? Solid knowledge of laws, regulations and industry best practices related to Human Resources
? Strong research, analysis, problem-solving, decision-making skills,
