Our client is an industry leading chemicals manufacturer seeking a high-potential HRGeneralist to support a large, non-union manufacturing facility. The HRGeneralist will have responsibility for conducting Employee Relationsinvestigations, HRIS management, leading Talent Management initiatives, and designing Recruitment strategies. You will collaborate with business and functional leaders, including Talent Development and front line leaders, to drive HR strategy across the site. This is a highly visible facility and there is plenty of room for upward mobility within this growing manufacturer.
The ideal candidate will have a Generalist background with a proven track record of effectively managing Employee Relations, HR systems, and Talent Acquisition. A background in a manufacturing environment is preferred, though not required.
Experience: 3+ years
Education Requirements: Bachelor's required, Master's preferred
