Leads an HR team in the development and alignment of HR strategies consistent with business needs. Accountable for setting and ensuring high qualities and standards for HR service delivery. Serves as trusted advisor to executives. Provides solutions to complex or critical issues. Determines HR implications of changing business needs and recommends actions to be taken. Leads consulting efforts to achieve outcomes. Fosters an environment of continuous improvement by motivating, mentoring, and developing others. Demonstrate the capacity to strategically shape change, promote fiscal responsibility and integration of the core values while meeting the organization’s strategies and objectives.
Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
Experience: More than 10 years of professional human resources or related experience. Experience in brokering services in a multi-site/location, multi-line of business. Previous supervisory experience.
License / Certification: Human Resources Global Prof. preferred.
