We are looking for a Director of Talent to join our team. At Momentum, the Talent Director role works in strategic partnership with business leaders to implement talent strategies that enhance the employee experience while meeting the strategic needs of the business through HR initiatives and programs.

Partnering with other members of the HR Team you will ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of core HR services such as learning and development, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee recognition/reward programs. This role collaborates closely with the HR team on talent management and employee relations issues, employee compensation, as well as network-wide and/or corporate HR functions, processes and requirements. This is an opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to help build a best in class Human Resources function within an award winning communications agency.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Establish Trusted Advisor, value-add relationships to business leaders and employees
  • Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the agency to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows
  • Ensure the delivery of industry leading HR services and innovative organizational development solutions
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
  • Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on advertising
  • Minimum of a BS or related degree preferably in Organizational Development and/or Human Resources
  • Impeccable relationship skills and experienceworking with high touch individuals
  • Proven record of applying strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers to identifying and implementing talent strategies
  • Self-motivator, takes initiative to resolve situations and improve departmental processes
  • Project management skills and ability to facilitate organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects
