OPPORTUNITY:HR leadership role reporting to the CEO, supporting 1 employees in multiple locations. Partnering with the executive team, you will provide counsel and direction on all strategic human resources issues. Manage a team of HR generalists and specialists, with heavy interaction across all business operations. Develop and implement programs and initiatives related to company culture, talent/recruitment, employee relations, communications, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee development and change management. Align the HR agenda with business strategy, bringing creative and proactive ideas to the organization. REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS required; MBA and/or SPHR a plus. Seek 10+ years of HR generalist experience, including recent tenure within a large, global manufacturing environment. Must have strong proficiency in developing and implementing HR programs, collaborating with executive/leadership teams on proactive HR strategies, leading global HR projects, and managing and mentoring an HR team. Travel up to 25%, including international. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader who wants to engage with employees and build a strong sense of community!
REWARD: Salary target $130,-160, plus bonus and competitive benefits package.
