Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast (BGCS) provides critical services to over12,000 youth annually in Pinellas County, FL. BGCS is in the midst of an unprecedented transformation as it launches its Great Futures 2025 Strategic Plan and the priorities within and seeks a proven Human Recources professional to lead the way in hiring and retaining great staff!


The job will also include recruiting, training staff, consistent management of employee database, assisting with benefit package, and administering policies relating to all phases of human resources activity.


  • College degree or equivalent;
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting human resources management
  • Current knowledge of best practices in human resources management
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Scrupulous attention to detail and confidentiality
