Talent Managers serve as strategic business partners who collaborate with senior leadership to resolve course and shape of the people strategy. Due to the fast-paced, global nature of our business, successful Talent Managers at Cognizant are extremely enthusiastic, flexible and detail-oriented. Talent Managers are responsible for all HR generalist responsibilities including, but not limited to: labor relations, rewards and recognition, performance management, employee engagement, career management, change management, executive coaching, group dynamics, teambuilding, and learning and development. Talent Managers interact with all levels of the Cognizant Business Unit and partner with all Human Resources centers of excellent (COE) to support the business.
